Pastor Kirk Napper is the founding pastor of The Elevation Church, a vibrant and growing community committed to helping people experience transformation through Christ. Since beginning his ministry in 2002, Pastor Kirk has devoted his life to preaching the Gospel, developing leaders, and guiding others toward a deeper relationship with God.
In 2010, God gave Pastor Kirk the vision to launch The Elevation Church—a church built on faith, community, and spiritual growth where everyone is welcome and lives are changed through the Word of God.
Pastor Kirk and his wife, Sarah, serve together in ministry while raising their daughter, Karah, in Columbus, Ohio. Their mission is simple: to share the hope of Christ and help people rise into the life God has called them to live.

Pastor Sarah Napper is a passionate worship leader, teacher of the Word, and leader at The Elevation Church. She has a special heart for ministering to women and youth, helping them grow in confidence, faith, and purpose through the power of God’s Word.
Pastor Sarah believes that Scripture has the power not only to transform lives, but to elevate people into the life God has called them to live. Her ministry is marked by authenticity, encouragement, and a deep desire to see others experience the joy and freedom found in Christ.
She serves alongside her husband, Pastor Kirk, and together they are raising their daughter Karah in Columbus, Ohio while faithfully leading and serving their church family.

Flora Carter is the CFO for The Elevation Church and has successfully managed finances for many years. Flora loves to serve God and loves her family dearly. She and her husband Paul enjoy traveling and spending time with their children and grandchildren.
Minister Thelma Young
Leadership Development/Spiritual Formation/Youth Pastor
Minister Thelma Young serves as the Director of Leadership Development and the Elevation Leadership Institute at The Elevation Church, where she oversees ELI, ELI Jr., and leadership formation across the ministry. She is deeply committed to equipping believers to grow spiritually, develop strong leadership foundations, and confidently walk in the calling God has placed on their lives.
With more than 30 years of faithful service as an ordained minister, Minister Thelma brings wisdom, compassion, and a strong heart for discipleship to her role. She has a special passion for youth development and ministry leadership, believing that investing in the next generation is essential to building strong, faith-filled communities. Through mentorship, teaching, and leadership training, she works to inspire both young people and emerging leaders to grow in faith, character, and purpose.
Minister Thelma’s ministry reflects her lifelong commitment to obedience, spiritual growth, and helping others become all that God has called them to be.
